The Assignment

Gooro Consulting was tasked with managing the software product development and maintenance of the VeriSafety portal, a critical component of VeriSafety's anti-counterfeiting technology. Our responsibilities extended to setting up, managing, and promoting the company's social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, we were charged with developing and implementing effective business processes to streamline operations and ensure efficient workflow management.

Achievements

Software Product Management

We successfully managed the development and ongoing maintenance of the VeriSafety portal, ensuring robust functionality, user-friendly design, and seamless integration with existing systems. This included overseeing feature enhancements, bug fixes, and regular updates to keep the portal at the forefront of anti-counterfeiting technology.

Social Media Set-Up and Management

We established and optimized VeriSafety's social media presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. We developed and executed comprehensive social media strategies, resulting in increased brand awareness, follower growth, and enhanced engagement with target audiences.

Process Development and Implementation

We designed and implemented efficient business processes that streamlined operations and improved workflow management. This included creating standardized procedures for product development, customer support, and marketing activities, leading to increased operational efficiency and consistency.

Successful Launch Plan and Execution

Developed and executed a comprehensive launch plan for the MVP of the VeriSafety portal, leveraging a mix of digital and traditional marketing strategies. The launch included social media promotions, market activations, TV segments, and event sponsorships, centered around the "Buy Right Campaign." This campaign played a crucial role in sensitizing consumers about the risks of buying counterfeit products and achieved a combined engagement of over 200,000, significantly boosting brand awareness and product adoption.
